邓雨亭，河海大学商学院教师，管理学博士、计算机科学与技术博士后，主要关注知识产权与创新治理、创新管理以及新兴技术发展中的制度问题。曾赴瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院（ETH Zurich）开展博士联合培养，并曾任世界知识产权组织（WIPO）总部法律顾问办公室顾问、研究员。
获中国科学学与科技政策研究会首届优秀博士学位论文、南京理工大学优秀博士论文，入选江苏省科技智库青年人才计划。现任中国科学技术法学会理事、中国科学学与科技政策研究会知识产权政策专委会委员、中国技术经济学会知识产权专委会理事及 Society of Open Innovation 理事。持有法律职业资格证和专利代理师资格证。主持国家社会科学基金项目及多项省部级科研项目，在《中国软科学》《科学学研究》《科研管理》《知识产权》《Business Process Management Journal》等期刊发表论文，并有决策咨询成果获省级政府领导批示。

Yuting Deng is a faculty member at the Business School of Hohai University. Deng holds a PhD in Management Science and Engineering and completed postdoctoral research in Computer Science and Technology. Deng's research focuses on intellectual property and innovation governance, innovation management, and institutional responses to emerging technologies. Deng undertook joint doctoral research training at ETH Zurich and previously served as a consultant and researcher in the Office of the Legal Counsel at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva.
Deng's academic work has received doctoral dissertation and research awards, and Deng was selected for the Jiangsu Young Talent Program for Science and Technology Think Tanks. Deng serves on several academic and professional bodies, including the China Science and Technology Law Society and the Society of Open Innovation, and holds China's Legal Professional Qualification and Patent Agent Qualification. Deng's research has appeared in journals including Business Process Management Journal, Scientific Reports, China Soft Science, Studies in Science of Science, and Research Management.

关注知识产权制度、治理机制与创新行为之间的关系，重点研究专利制度设计、侵权救济与企业创新，以及数字化、智能化背景下知识产权治理规则的演进。Examining how intellectual property institutions and governance mechanisms shape innovation, with particular attention to patent policy, infringement remedies, firm innovation, and the evolution of IP governance in digital and intelligent environments.
创新管理与组织实践Innovation Management & Organizational Practice
关注企业、产业与创新生态中的技术创新及组织响应，研究制度环境、知识产权管理、风险治理与开放协作如何影响创新绩效、技术赶超和创新韧性。Exploring technological innovation and organizational responses across firms, industries, and innovation ecosystems, including how institutional environments, IP management, risk governance, and open collaboration affect innovation performance, technological catch-up, and innovation resilience.
新兴技术与制度回应Emerging Technologies & Institutional Responses
围绕人工智能、大模型、开源创新与数字社区等新兴场景，研究技术复用、开放协作与知识产权规则之间的新型冲突，以及多主体协同治理和制度回应机制。Investigating institutional responses to emerging technological settings such as artificial intelligence, large language models, open-source innovation, and digital communities, with a focus on technology reuse, open collaboration, IP rule conflicts, and multi-actor governance.
